Web-only Developer ↗All-service Developer via the agent API →Scope is part of your purchase. Choose an access method
x402
A payment-aware client reads the HTTP 402 challenge, verifies network, recipient and exact amount, then requests owner-approved USDC authorization. A 402 response is not a charge or a customer purchase.
Native MPP
The EVM charge method provides the same exact Base USDC operation through native MPP challenges and receipts. Preserve the original authorization and recovery evidence.
Prepaid
Visit the canonical account page to authenticate wallet ownership, obtain a purchase quote and complete an explicitly authorized package purchase. Issuing a paid API key requires the documented funding state. Finalized settlement determines full credit entitlement.
Free access
Discovery and baseline registration are free within rate and fetch budgets. The illustrative local demo needs no wallet. The separate machine trial requires an unfunded EOA ownership signature, no human CAPTCHA, and has its own limited allowances/shared capacity. Authenticated Web free trials are enabled within finite shared capacity; inspect current availability before assuming an allowance is active.
Recovery comes before another payment
If a request or purchase times out, keep the original proof, funding intent, arguments and recovery key. Retry its documented recovery path; do not authorize a replacement payment because the response was delayed.
Legacy accounts keep their accepted tariffs and credits. Current plans do not retroactively reprice existing customer terms. Full limits, provisional-credit rules and refunds are in the approved terms. Circle Gateway remains disabled.

Contract Watch $0.010 · Wallet Watch $0.020 · Token Facts $0.010 USDC per call. All-service prepaid costs 4 / 8 / 4 credits respectively; a new all-service package requires explicit terms acceptance and finalized funding. Existing Web packages retain their original entitlements.
Bounded commercial pilot on Base mainnet. x402 and native MPP are available at the quoted per-call prices. New all-service Starter and Developer packages cover all seven paid tools after explicit all-service terms acceptance; existing Web credits keep their original rights and do not automatically gain blockchain access. Only finalized all-service credits fund blockchain calls. Human Web trials do not cover blockchain; the separate machine trial may admit one bounded observation within its shared18RPC/day cap. Finalized single-provider observations only, with finite shared daily capacity; no trading, safety score or complete history.
